Joe Graziano, President of Professional Development, Inc. has been helping his clients increase their sales and profits for over 30 years.

Joe began his career as an accountant but moved into the sales and computer field in the early eighties as he started helping companies automate their operations. At first, his business focused on financial systems for companies.

In building this business, Joe immersed himself in sales programs and marketing books to help him to continue to grow. Joe noticed that there were no computer programs at the time that automated the contact management part of the sales process. So he wrote a program that enabled him to track his leads, prospects and customers on the computer. His clients noticed this program. Joe, ever on the prowl for opportunities, decided to sell the program and training to go with it. It took off.

As the contact management field matured, there appeared more in-depth programs. Joe then began marketing other sales automation products. Joe was then able to translate his sales and marketing expertise to the automation of those tasks necessary for success in sales.

This business grew until he was presented with the opportunity to help turnaround a multi-million dollar business. He sold his computer consulting business and took on the turnaround challenge. He succeeded in increasing their sales, cutting debt and showing a large profit within just three years.

Using his powerful selling, business and motivational skills, Joe then started his present speaking and sales consulting business. His business now is focused on Lead Generation and Selling skills. Joe's writings have included a quarterly column on sales for the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce newspaper, co-author of the Selling Smart Sales Seminars with Sherwood Consultants, LLC and the book “Proceed Until Apprehended…Overcoming Your Fear of Selling!”

Joe is very active in community affairs. He is past president and co-treasurer of the Wayne Rotary Club and a founder and president of Wayne Township’s Wayne Day Festival, now one of the largest of its kind in New Jersey. He serves on the Board of The Foundation for the Handicapped in Wayne.
